The Moinian Group Expands Partnership with Life Time for Ocean Residents at 1 West Street

The Moinian Group and Life Time (NYSE:LTH), today announced a new reason to live at the exclusive Ocean residences – complimentary membership to Life Time Battery Park, including all of its exclusive classes and programming led by the City’s top instructors, coaches and personal trainers. Both new residents and current residents who renew their lease agreements at the property will receive this benefit.

All Ocean residents may register for a Life Time membership at Battery Park and enjoy an exclusive offer to the 12,000-square-foot location, which opened in 2021. Membership includes access to more than 40 large and small group fitness, cycle and barre classes weekly led by world-class instructors, and Life Time’s signature Alpha Training, the award-winning program that cycles through endurance, resistance and metabolic phases, movement patterns and heart-rate zone training. The club also features personal training and best-in-class cardio and resistance equipment to serve every interest. Luxury men’s and women’s dressing rooms, complimentary lockers, toiletries and other amenities are also included. Additionally, residents can upgrade for access to additional Life Time Manhattan locations, including Life Time Sky.
