Moinian Group Breaks Ground on Hudson Arts Building

New York-based owner and developer The Moinian Group launched its groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday to begin construction on the Hudson Arts Building in the West Chelsea submarket. The ten-story, 200,000-square-foot, Class-A office tower is located at 220 11th Ave., situated at the intersection of the Meatpacking District, Highline, and Hudson Yards.
