Our current portfolio includes three completed luxury hotels internationally, and a current, high-profile hotel project in Lower Manhattan, under development New York's next W Hotel downtown at 123 Washington Street. Moinian owns the Wyndham SugarBay in St. Thomas (U.S. Virgin Islands), the Orlando Ramada Celebration Resort and Convention Center Hotel in Orlando, Florida, and The Mela boutique Hotel at 120 West 44th Street in midtown Manhattan. As part of our ongoing growth strategy in the hotel sector, we have formed strategic alliances with premier hospitality brands to gain extensive name recognition and access to global reservation networks.
